Customers are responsible for inspecting the trailer prior to purchase and ensuring it meets their requirements. The seller makes no warranties, expressed or implied, beyond any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply. Title and ownership transfer upon full payment. The buyer is responsible for registration, taxes, licensing, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
